This dry red wine is produced from selected grapes of Cabernet variety that is planted in Stauceni zone, the Central region of the Republic of Moldova . It is dark garnet purple in colour, due to the maturation in oak barrels it has a unique wood flavor and spice complement of the natural grape flavours of black currant. It has a full, balanced taste with a pleasant tartness. Cabernet is an excellent accompaniment to red meats, especially steak and roast beef.

Soil and climatic conditions:
Unique chernozems soil, rich in carbonates and useful elements. The climate is moderately continental with warm summers and mild winters.

Production Methods:
Wine is produced using traditional technology for production of dry red wines.

6000 kg

Matured:
Wine is kept in oak barrels for 6 months in order to gain specific flavor, taste and freshness.
