This white wine deliciously fermented from the Sauvignon grape is one of a series of dry wines in the exceptional range of prime quality wines. The wine is fermented from a two stage assortment and gathering of exclusively intact grapes.

Temperature control during the fermentation period and the maturing in pure, French oak barrels has ensured the production of a unique wine and is the company’s proudest edition. This wine is a limited edition bottle and has extreme success in other parts of the world.

Average of 25 years.

Soil and climatic conditions:
Usual chernozems, rich in carbonates with sandy sites. A climate that is continental - with the gentle influence of the Black sea (75км).

Crop on hectare:
5000 kg

Production Methods:
The wine is developed using traditional technology with stemming, quality lighting wort, with the control of temperature during fermentation( 16-18 C). and long-term aging of the wine on the yeast sediment (30-60 days).

Matured:
Wine is maintained for 6 months in flanks made of French oak. After pouring, the wine is stored for 3 months in bottles prior to being offered to the market.
